RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that they:

  • Are unworn and unused
  • Remain in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Show no signs of damage or alteration after delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or received in error:

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Final Sale or Clearance items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OXBO Studio cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 7–10 business days
  • Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account

Original shipping fees (where applicable) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, style, or design, please mention your preference when contacting our support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative replacement options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this Return Policy.
