At OXBO Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OXBO Studio cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return results from our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, style, or color, please contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or provide alternative options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental fees are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may qualify for return under this policy after delivery.
